The recently refurbished International Passenger Terminal has four berths capable of accommodating
the new generation of cruise ships and the facility has seating capacity for 700 passengers
for embarking cruises. There are six check-in desks with security screening and integrated
baggage handling facilities plus refreshment facilities, a bureau de change and extensive
car parking.
The Terminal is served by an excellent road system with taxis and bus links into Newcastle
and nearby Metro stations, which connect to Central Station in the City Centre. Currently Fred.
